Fresh and immersive. A Crianza wine that goes with everything
After the grapes were brought into the winery, the pre-fermentation maceration was carried out at 5 ºC in stainless steel vats to achieve a greater colour extraction while maintaining the fruity aromas of the grapes. It was then fermented at 27 ºC with short but frequent pump-overs, achieving a wine that is full-bodied with a fruity character, much fullness in the mouth and a good structure, but that is also easy to drink. The wine spent 14 months in barrels made from 60% American oak and 40% French oak. The wine then rested on our bottle racks at a controlled temperature and humidity until it was ready to drink.
Cherry red, very bright with a deep claret rim underlined with purple shades. Abundant and tinted tear. With a very intense flavour. Red fruit and ripe fruit aromas prevail with a certain authority over mineral and smoky nuances. Very enveloping and subtle notes of coconut, mocha and balsamic. Very elegant and velvety in the mouth due to its pleasant range of sweet tannins which gives it a silky and long passage through the mouth and a great expressiveness. It is reminiscent of a rich range of flavours, combining minerals with fruit.
Versatile and easy to pair with meat, fish, cheese or cured meats.
